Hi,

My name is Darren. I am originally from The Bahamas. I have been living in Florida with my family for 9.5 years. The one thing I miss about back home is the food. I love going diving for conch and eating some nice conch salad fresh on the boat. The reason I decided to study to become a health coach is I want to help people. My grandmother is battling cancer and there is nothing I can do to help her. I’m so passionate about making a difference and showing people how to eat and be healthy. I blessed enough to have the support of my wife whom is a nurse and will also become a health coach. We are working hard to change our lives and our three children’s lives, by the foods with eat and the foods we do not eat anymore.
