After several years of suffering from migraines, I became passionate about health and nutrition. Instead of treating the symptoms with medicine, I could free myself from migraines by changing the way I was eating and managing my stress.
This path brought me closer to Yoga and it motivated me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher.
My mission is to empower people to become the best versions of themselves.
In my opinion, food is one of life’s greatest joys, and it’s important for people to learn how to eat properly in order to get the most benefit from it—without feeling guilty about enjoying a slice of pizza or some ice cream over the weekend!
