After many years in the travel industry, I decided to dedicate myself to my second passion: Nutrition & Wellness. I started studying Holistic Nutrition with a mission to better myself and people around me. My love for natural living and learning about real food brought me to this second chapter in my life.
I have struggled with weight and yoyo dieting almost my entire life. I share now how to live out a nourished life, without any nonsense and drastic dieting but rather focusing on progress over perfection.
I believe in the power of food but also that all aspects of body, mind and spirit plays a profound role on the overall health.
