I am a Business major in pursuit of my Holistic Nutritionist certification. I am passionate about health, fitness, and all around wellness. I want to help families prepare healthy meals for busy lives and find a balance between living fully and living mindfully. I spent many years thinking you couldn’t have both but realized with a little dedication, YOU can do all of the things life has to offer and maintain your health and wellness.
My program will focus on eating plans for the stubborn toddler, the partner with lifelong eating habits, and the busy, on-the-go individual. My program specializes in fun exercises, quick wellness exercises, and easy meal prepping in addition to guidelines to eating out.
