Hi lovelies, I’m Jac! Some of things that set my heart on fire include teaching throwback hip hop spin classes, slow morning yoga, meditation & breath work, animals of all kinds, climbing mountain tops, & diving into warm ocean waters.

My journey into Plant-Based Women’s Health & Wellness has been years in the making dating back to when I experienced my very own mind-altering hormonal imbalance right after I got married in 2016.

The culprit: Birth Control Pills (although, little did I know, my eating habits at the time weren’t supporting my health either).

During my recovery, I spent months obsessing over how such a tiny thing could have such an enormous impact on me, both physically & mentally. The more I read, the more I discovered how beautifully interconnected our bodies are. We are brilliantly intertwined with our world around us in ways I had never even considered before – & the moment I had that thought, my life changed.

So here I am. 2020. Still learning. Still healing. More eager than ever to support other women through their hormonal health journey using all the knowledge I have collected over the years regarding Holistic Plant-Based Nutrition.
