I’m dedicated to sharing a simplified approach to well-being. I wholeheartedly believe in a holistic approach to health & healing, focused on the mind, body, and soul, & finding a mindful balance between each system.
After battling with acne, hormonal imbalances and chronic fatigue, I took it upon myself to take control of my own healing. I took up meditation and yoga, began journaling, shifted to a plant-based diet, practiced greater self love & care, and began seeing a number of practitioners and nutritionists. With this approach I’ve shifted my entire life: my habits, choices, and decisions all (for the most part!) reflecting the person I know deep down I’m supposed to be.
