Hello! I’m Jasmine, Certified Meditation Teacher and Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, passionate about approaching life with more mindfulness. My goal is to help you navigate the physical and mental impacts of stress & overwhelm through simple, plant-based nutrition, and cleansing meditation sessions, giving you the accountability and support you need to heal yourself and live a more fulfilling life. I’m dedicated to sharing a simplified approach to well-being. I wholeheartedly believe in a holistic approach to health & healing, focused on the mind, body, and soul, & finding a mindful balance between each system.

After battling with acne, hormonal imbalances and chronic fatigue, I took it upon myself to take control of my own healing. I took up meditation and yoga, began journaling, shifted to a plant-based diet, practiced greater self love & care, and began seeing a number of practitioners and nutritionists. With this approach I’ve shifted my entire life: my habits, choices, and decisions all (for the most part!) reflecting the person I know deep down I’m supposed to be.

I dream of and aspire to create a world with less stress and more intentional living, and would love to help you on your journey.
