I’m Jen Casey, your Coach. I am a mother of 2, a business owner, a Fitness Instructor and a certified Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach.
With my background in Make Up Artistry and Aromatherapy, I developed my own line of natural baby care products in 2001 after the birth of my son when eliminating chemicals from our daily lives became my number one priority. In 2013, I worked with the David Suzuki Foundation as a “Green Coach”, working with families in my community to better green their homes and lifestyles.
In 2013, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and I supported her through her journey. It was during this time when I found a new appreciation for holistic and alternative health, and how food is medicine for the body. To better support my mother during this time, I decided to further my education through Nutraphoria, School of Holistic Nutrition, and obtained a diploma as a Holistic Nutrition Coach to inspire whole body, mind and soul wellness in my mother and in my own home for my children. Currently, I am furthering my education as a CNP (Certified Nutrition Practitioner) at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
Today, as an inspired coach, I invite you to come and work with me to improve your every day habits. Making small changes in several areas of your life will eventually become permanent “good” habits that will change your life for the better. I will work with you to reach your nutrition goals, implement daily fitness, look at ways to reduce cravings and stress, and explore other factors that might be affecting your life like blocked chakras. Most importantly, I take a holistic approach to my coaching, which includes your whole person: mind, body and spirit.
