I have been in the Food and Beverage Industry for over 15 years, but it wasn’t until the last few years that I recently became interested in the idea of cooking for healing. Through much research, and many visits to the naturopath, I learned to improve and heal many recurring health problems through my own diet. While my passion is always trying and creating new colorful dishes, I have learnt to incorporate this into my own nutritional programs and would love to do the same for others.
