Jennifer Michael

Hey! My name is Jennifer and I am a certified holistic nutritionist, health coach, and yoga instructor. I specialize in fitness nutrition, women’s health, gut health, and supplementation. I am a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto and I am currently pursuing my masters.

I am very passionate about fitness, mental health, holistic living, and helping others. As a practitioner, my approach includes creating personalized nutrition plans that focus on whole foods, mindful eating, and correcting internal imbalances. My philosophy is that food is medicine – proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle can promote healing, prevent disease, and maintain optimal health.
