My passion for health and wellness sparked a decade ago with the realization that proper nutrition was the key to a happy and healthy pregnancy and postpartum period. As my family grew, so did my love for nurturing them as I began to study a wide range of healing modalities to keep our family thriving. I have since gained a wealth of knowledge and culinary experience in a wide range of dietary plans for detoxification, herbalism and supplementation, achieving weight loss goals, prenatal and postnatal health, and childhood nutrition. These days, my goal is to provide the space and share what I’ve learned with everyone on their journey to wellness. Our bodies are amazing!
