I’ve always been into a healthy lifestyle, I even owned a bootcamp company for many years and tried to practice an active lifestyle and eat healthy… or so I thought. Through the years I started to notice that I was getting confused about food, reading labels or just what to eat in general. There’s so much ‘junk food’ everywhere you turn. It seems society nowadays is about the quick and easy approach as oppose to the healthy approach; and I was falling victim to this myself. But then everything changed, my kids.
After having kids, it hit me hard that I have to start creating healthier habits and I felt that this was even more important now than ever as I want to instill these positive habits in my kids as well. Best decision I made! I’ve learned I can be even healthier by eating better, getting rid of bad habits and focus on what I do with my body every single day. I believe if I can create a healthy environment and proactive lifestyle for my kids, then they can take it with them as they grow and become more knowledgeable. With this approach, I decided I wanted to take it one step further and help others as well, guiding them through their journey towards a healthy lifestyle! Unfortunately with all the junk food being so convenient everywhere, there is also misleading or even contradictory information on how to actually eat healthy! No wonder people are confused on what to eat…I was one of them! But not anymore, I’ve chosen to have a healthy lifestyle and I want to help others do the same.
