My name is Kelly Saba and I have been in the Wellness Industry for seven years. I was a fitness trainer/Wellness Coach at the YMCA for over six years and loved it. I am currently educating. I did personal training, Life Coaching and now my Holistic Nutrition course. My goal is to be a certified Health Coach. I weight train daily, and have been exploring hot yoga for the past two months. Loving the flexibility and cleansing that it brings. Looking forward to gathering more information through this course to build food plans to assist my workout programs. Healthy living is my number one goal.
