Krista is currently enrolled in tier 1 of the Holistic Nutritionist Certification. She is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist and Crystal Therapist and loves everything witchy & magical. She lives in rural Ontario with her partner and their 3 young boys, 2 Springer Spaniels, 15 chickens and 3 roosters. She tends to a large 50×20 foot non gmo/organic garden and continues to expand it yearly. Fitness and Nutrition are her new passions and she strives for ways to live intentionally and find the connection between the mind, body, spirit and soul.
