We spend a good portion of our days planning, purchasing, pondering and preparing our food. Nourishment should be easy, joyful, and filled with goodness. I believe that we have so many choices to make with our food and it’s never felt more complicated! I have my degree in Botany, ancestral roots back to the origins of market gardens and the Royal Botanical Gardens of Kew in England; meaning, I love all things about plants. Our planet has been designed to provide us with so many plant-based solutions to heal and nourish our bodies.
