I’m an Environmental Studies Master graduate, who loves this planet and passionately believes that what we eat has a massive impact – on ourselves, on the world we live in, and on its other beings.
After switching to plant based diet roughly seven years ago, I started to experiment more in the kitchen – tasting and making new foods, and gradually becoming more interested and aware of what I choose to put inside my body. After a while, I realized that this switch is so much more than what I eat daily: it has allowed me a better connection with my own body, and my mind has started to slowly open to new things and a fresh perspective on life.
While this is still a journey (which I hope goes on for as long as I live), I feel like I know myself so much better today, and it’s much easier to follow my heart – as I know how to listen to what it asks.
This transition has changed many aspects of my life, and I could not be happier about it. I feel so much healthier, so much more at peace, and so much more in touch with myself and the world surrounding me. I’d like to help others who wish to follow this journey, too – moving into a plant based nutrition and lifestyle – and to make this as smooth, happy and joyous ride as possible.
