Meagan was brought into the world of holistic health and nutrition after her mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2013. Becoming a cancer caregiver and doing an immense amount of research on the toxins and levels of carcinogens in our every day food and personal care products motivated her to adopt an organic, toxin-free lifestyle.
In order to teach others about the importance of organic nutrition and holistic wellness, she began to study Holistic Nutrition at the NutriPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition in 2017 and is concurrently working on earning a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. Her current mission is to continue studying holistic nutrition and counseling in order to earn the qualifications required to open a private practice where she plans to counsel and teach others how to live their healthiest lives and to prevent or combat disease.
Meagan also has a MA in English with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Composition, a BA in English with a minor in Professional Writing, and holds a Professional Teaching License and Principal License in Colorado. She currently works full time as an Instructional Coach for Aurora Public Schools district. She is available for holistic health coaching by appointment in the Denver area or online, and can be reached at 720-238-0181 or by emailing [email protected].
