Hi! My name is Merlin and I am currently studying to be a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach. I feel everything that has happened in my life has led me up to this point and I am so grateful.

Ever since I joined university, I have been passionate about health and wellness. I believe that our bodies are capable of great things; all we have to do is treat it right. Along the way, I have been able to assist family and friends in their journey to eat better and move away from a sedentary lifestyle.

My other biggest passion is good food and I love coming up with recipes to support my mostly vegan lifestyle.
