Hello!

I am currently a holistic nutrition student by night and a full time Oral Language and Math Resource Educator by day as I work towards my certification to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

I have struggled with hormonal imbalances for most of my life, as a teen, painful periods and migraines were my constant companions with very little relieve provided from western or conventional medical practices.  I would have to miss high school and university on the days when the pain was too much to move!  In my early 40s I was finally given the proper diagnosis, I had endometriosis and by this point it was invasive and I had to undergo a radical hysterectomy which put me in a surgical menopause.

This was just the tip of the iceberg as within 6 months of my hysterectomy I began to display neurological deficits which primarily affected my nervous and muscular systems.  It was a matter of time, testing and research that I discovered that I would have to learn to live my active life with  fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.

With time, therapy and healing I was able to put my life back together to create a beautiful mosaic of all the brokeness I felt as I learned to accept and recreate a better, stronger version of myself.  It is during this time that I decided that I wanted to help others to learn how to heal themselves holistically and take charge of their own health and wellness journey.

I am passionate about living holistically and am ready to share this love with the world!!
