Nick Diano has been in the hospitality industry for thirty years.
He started his career as an apprentice Chef in 1986 and graduated in 1989 from George Brown College, where he received an interprovincial red seal as a Certified Chef. He also received the Dean’s Award of Excellence along with three local culinary competition awards.
He has held many senior-level management positions in both five-star hotels and top private golf and sports clubs within the Toronto area throughout his career. Nick also worked as a Hospitality Professor at George Brown and Centennial colleges for nine years. Educating and training young aspiring adults has been one of the most significant achievements in his career.
Nick has been living with Type 2 Diabetes for 20 years and understands the importance of eating natural and wholesome foods to reduce blood sugar levels and perhaps reverse Type 2 diabetes.
He decided to take control of his life and set out on a new journey to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, where he can help himself and help people who are also living with diabetes. Nick has ambitions to launch a nutrition business that promotes nutritionally inspired meals, cooking classes, personalized meals, recipe planning, and nutrition consulting.
Nick is a committed professional who has a deep-rooted passion for helping people lead a healthy lifestyle.

Nick lives in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with his lovely wife and three children.
