Hello, my name is Pamela. I’m a busy mom of two and passionate about helping and inspiring others. I’m a former classically trained dancer of 20+ years, and have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for almost 10 years. I run my own fitness program called The Pulse Fit Method in Toronto, and work one on one with various clients of all age groups.
I always wanted to study nutrition a bit further and absolutely loved the Holistic Nutritionist program because it followed my beliefs about food and healthy living. I’m so happy to add nutrition consulting to my business. As a dancer and fitness professional I feel these go hand in hand, and the importance of the nutrition is the missing link in many peoples wellness journey.
I also have a website where I blog about topics that are important to me, and hope to offer informative advice to those interested in making positive lifestyle changes. I love creating healthy treats, creative salads, smoothies and all in all making healthy food taste good!
