My name is Philip Bryden. I am the the founder and owner of Mush Nutrition and am a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. I also also hold certifications in Integrative, Plant-Based, and Sports Nutrition, as well as Anatomy & Physiology. I am also a certified ultra running coach and have been trained and certified in endurance sports nutrition. I have been involved in professional sports for many years, and have seen, first-hand, the need for change in the way that nutrition is viewed and approached by many.

My approach to nutrition is to improve recovery & performance while reducing inflammation through food choices. This pays great dividends for increased athletic performance, as well as offering tremendous benefits for overall health. Mush Nutrition creates personalised nutritional programs for athletes. No two athletes are the same; personal attention is crucial to meeting individual nutritional needs.

Education is a key element in helping any athlete or individual to better understand the workings of his or her body. My objective is to make the mechanisms of nutrition more understandable. A pro-active, preventative approach to health and fitness is one of the cornerstones of Mush Nutrition.
