Hey, I am Rebecca Jerrard, a Mom to two early teens, wife and Exercise and Wellness consultant. Passionate about a Holistic approach to health and wellness, I am a Certified Aromatherapist since 2007 through Canadian National School of Aromatherapy (I love my Oils!), dabbled with Cleanses and various alternative therapies.

After being diagnosed with Prolactinoma in my late 30’s many things changed for me. It made me rethink the importance of true Health and Wellness. Regular exercise and a nutritional program began to transform my health. My search for Holistic answers and self help directed my interest to the successful completion of NASM’s  (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition’s PN-1 (Exercise Nutrition), and many Group Fitness formats currently.

My personal Nutritional journey has provided me with knowledge about how it affects the body for many years, not just the here and now.  I have been thinking about taking a Holistic Nutrition course for years but it seemed daunting and overwhelming to take such a leap.  I was finally motivated by a close relative diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer earlier this year (2019).  This family members diagnosis was one more wake up call and inspiration that I needed. It was the perfect evolution.  I am currently studying to be a Holistic Nutritionist and Coach through NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition. My ambition is to help and inspire others to better their Lives and Health outcomes.
