Sandy O’Haire

Holistic Nutrition Holistic Nutrition Coach Nutrition Coach Personal Trainer Edmonton

Hi my name is Sandy, my passion for fitness, family and food have created the person I am today. I have been a personal trainer as well as a group trainer for over 15 years. I spent a few years in corporate finance and realized that my desire to encourage and inspire people to create a better self through fitness, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle was missing. I choose to return to my roots and I have re-established my home based studio, I have a welcoming environment where people can be themselves and not feel intimidated. I am passionate about being a positive and influential role model to my clients, family and friends. Some of my favorite activities are, cooking, walking in the river valley with my dogs, running, cycling, and strength training. Over the past year I have also found joy in yoga and meditation. I find pleasure in cooking healthy delicious meals for my wife, family and friends and am always looking for new creative healthy recipes to share. Being in the Nutrition Coach Certificate Program I am expanding my knowledge and ability to provide myself, my family and my clients with additional nutritional information. I look forward to what the future holds for myself and those I have the opportunity to influence. I am embracing middle age and believe that we should all strive towards an active healthy lifestyle which encompasses nutrition, fitness and personal wellbeing.
