I am currently studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist. After years of trying to figure out which ingredients support me on my way to become my best self, I have tried various approaches. From Cabbage Soup diet to Keto, Paleo and Juice Fasting. More than once I was discouraged by the results. I had various personal trainers with training and meal plans but nothing felt right for my body. Where I was seeing progress in my training and physique, I could never quite get my eating habits to feel right.
Transitioning to plant-based nutrition, I could not find anyone to supply a whole food plant-based meal plan to support my goals. At the depths of my desperation I had two choices: give up or try harder. I realized, after speaking with friends and searching in internet forums that I was not alone. So I decided to fill the void, get the thinking cap on and study Holistic Nutrition to be able to not just get it right for me but to support everyone who struggled with it as I did.
