About Sharon

I am a wife, married for 33 years, and a mother to 3 adult kids. I have lived in Canada for all of my life except for 2 years. Those 2 years changed my perspective on food and clean eating. I met a friend, while living over seas, who introduced me to the aspect of gut health and how it affects everyone. My aim is to help people feel better from the inside out.
