“As long as I am around food and people, I am happy, happy happy”, were my words two decades ago. And still to this day, I feel the same. I am the father of two adult daughters, a certified chef and registered professional trainer. While I don’t frequent the kitchens of Europe and North America professionally any longer, I enjoy every opportunity to share and have an enriching exchange of food knowledge, from nutrition to culture, with individuals or groups. I am currently working towards being certified as a Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach.
