My name is Tanya and I am a Dental Hygienist, Health Coach, and Quit Coach, studying Mindful Eating, and Nutrition here at Nutraphoria. I love food, fitness, wellness … did I say FOOD? I help women ditch the revolving door of dieting, so they can head into midlife, eating for PLP: Prevention, Longevity and Pleasure.
Women have a lot on their plate, figuratively. Many of us eat our stress. (My hand is UP!)
