I was born in USSR. My family emigrated to Israel when I was 20 years old. At 26 I moved with my husband to Nigeria, due to his work, and 13 years ago we moved to Canada to raise our kids in the most beautiful and peaceful country. My family has always had a healthier lifestyle, so I was lucky to grow up with homemade everything and from food made from scratch. We didn’t have fast food or soft drinks and we ate seasonally, and I am grateful for that. But it didn’t saved me from genetic problems. Usually we don’t think about changing our habits if everything is fine. However, when we start to have health issues, then we start to thinking about what may be wrong, and how we can fix it. This is exactly what happened to me too. I had joint problems, stomach problems, respiratory problems, and skin problems. Then I really started to think, what will happen in 10-20 years from now, and how do I want to age? I don’t want to take medications, and be dependent on them. I also don’t want to be limited in mobility. How can I get to where I want to be? Then I started making changes, little by little, to my habits and food. There is no magic pill, it took me 7 years to get to where I am today. Ask yourself how you can be healthier and happier without medications? The answer is that nature created us to be able to heal our selves. The only thing is that we have to let our bodies do that. I do not believe in diets and counting calories. I do believe that our food is our medicine. Toxins around us, stress, lack of sleep, and bad food choices make us sick. I would like to share my knowledge and experience’s with you!
