Teresa Ryce believes in the power of fitness and healthy nutrition as a means to a longer life.  

After 30 years in the corporate world, Teresa made a change to pursue a new career path as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. She is now dedicated to helping others achieve a more positive, healthy and balanced lifestyle for themselves.    

Through her own personal experience as a personal trainer and coach, she shares her passion for healthy living with others, while assisting them to meet their individual goals.  Teresa knows and understands how important human support is to anyone setting out to improve his/her fitness level.  She is compassionate, empathetic and caring and will be your biggest cheerleader.  Her motto: “together we can do this, but most importantly you can do this”.

Teresa is a Certified Personal Trainer (Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc.), a Certified Coach Practitioner (Certified Coaches Federation), an NLP Master Practitioner (NLP Canada Training Inc.) and a Certified Resilience Coach.
