Well hello there! Welcome to a loving environment that focuses on all aspects of health and fitness. Let me introduce myself, my name is Tori! I am a Future Certified Personal Trainer who is currently studying to become a Registered Dietitian as well as a Holistic Health Coach.
My ultimate goal is to lead others to a life that is balanced, exciting, full of flavour and functionality. Through my own trial and error, I have learned that diets don’t work, not everyone is made the same and you’ll never find happiness in size zero. I’ve also learned that health doesn’t have to be a piece of lettuce for lunch, an ab workout for dinner and a lick of a chocolate chip for dessert.
Since I’ve transitioned my focus from just aesthetics and how “fit” I could look to exploring, healing and expanding my mental, emotional and spiritual health; I am now beyond passionate about helping others find a lifestyle that is tailored to work for them.
