Hello, my name is Wilfriede Marina a mom of two beautiful kids, a wife and a business woman. When growing up in Africa my parents grew their own fruits and vegetables I learn from them to eating fresh and healthy but always wanted to have more knowledge about food. when I moved to Canada I worked in the food industry however my passion to nutrition opened my eye to look for a Nutrition School and I’m so glad I  find NutraPhoria. I’m learning so much and excited to continue this journey. I made a lot of changes in my lifestyle and will help my family, friends and clients to know how Nutrition is always the best choice for a healthy life.
