I’ve been working in Southeast Asia where I started spending more time in the kitchen, and it has lead me to pursue my holistic health path. I always love food, eating and cooking, and believe the medical effects on food both physically and mentally. As transitioning to a vegan diet for ethical reason, I love helping others to switch to vegan diet as well by learning the healthy alternatives and right knowledge here.
I also practice less waste lifestyle, buying unpackaged products as much as possible. I love making the decisions to reduce the impact on the planet, and be kind to all the animals as well helping people to healthy lifestyle.
