Yvette has spent her entire adult life working in the field of health and wellness. She started by qualifying as a State Registered Nurse in London, England. Following her days as a nurse, she worked for 10 years in the medical field promoting the newest technology for laparoscopic surgeries for a medical company. Her days were spent in the operating room coaching surgeons on using this new technology. Yvette took a hiatus while she raised her two children, but was keen to get back to the industry she loved. For the last 15 years she has worked as a personal trainer in the fitness field and has specialized in aquatic rehab for individuals with musculoskeletal disorders like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. After becoming vegan and benefiting from eating a plant-based diet, she decided to learn more about healthy nutrition so she can pass this knowledge onto her clients.
