Vegetarian Holiday Stuffing
You will need
- 1 Loaf of bread of your choice
- Unsalted butter
- 3/4 – 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 Large Celery Stalk Diced
- 1-2 cups Chopped Crimini Mushrooms
- 1 Tsp of each sage, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, celery salt, pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut loaf of bread into cubes and set aside
- Sautée celery in butter for a minute before adding onion, cook until tender
- Add mushrooms, and all herbs and mix
- Add bread and salt to taste, mix together well
- Pour in vegetable broth and stir until evenly coated making sure there is no dry bread
