The Ultimate Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
For smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 1 tsp Maca root powder (ex. Eco Ideas)
- 1 tsp Ashwaganda root powder (ex. Organic Traditions)
- 1 scoop plant based protein powder (ex. Vegi Day)
- 1/4 cup beet juice (ex. Biotta)
- 1 cup almond milk
- Ingredients for toppings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 10 almonds (approx.)
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut
- 1/8 cup cacao nibs Tips
Options
- Blend smoothie, place in bowl and add toppings – super simple*
- Other ingredients to include in smoothie portion: turmeric powder, frozen mango, coconut, cinnamon, acai powder, matcha powder, chocolate protein

It is well balanced and will provide you with energy and sustenance to last for a few hours. I eat this or a version of this quite literally every morning. It always wakes me up and gives me a boost to start the day.
