Hello, my name is Shari, and I am currently working towards becoming a Holistic Nutritionist. My goal is to help educate others about the benefits that nutrition and exercise have on our bodies and minds and guide them on their journey to living healthy and happily.
My journey into holistic healing began through my own personal experience. For many years I was in and out of doctors’ offices being prescribed various medications to cover my symptoms. I didn’t want to just cover my symptoms, I wanted to get well. I decided to take a more natural approach and guess what, it worked! Overcoming my own physical and mental illness through diet and exercise has inspired me to help others heal with a more natural approach using diet, exercise and alternative medicine strategies.
I am looking forward to helping others heal so they too can live their best lives!
