This smoothie is an excellent source of Vitamin C, K, A, B2, B6, E, folate, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium and zinc.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water and 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Optional: 1 scoop whey protein or egg white protein powder
Blend in blender until smooth and enjoy all the benefits of the healthy fats!
