One of the great benefits of Blueberries is the ability to help cognitive and memory function in the brain; they help healthy brain aging due to their antioxidants and the ability to decrease inflammation in the body.
Avocado
Avocados contain monounsaturated fats that are very helpful in decreasing inflammation in the body. They also contain Lutein which is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrient. It helps increase cognitive and memory function and enhances learning.
Flaxseed powder
Omega 3 essential fatty acids are a brains friend. they have alpha linolenic acid that has been shown to help decrease inflammation in the body. Flax seeds can help with circulation and may help prevent diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia and help the lining and membrane of brain cells.

- 1 half cup of Blueberries
- 1 half of an avocado
- 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed powder
- 250 ml of fresh water
