This concoction is how I start my day. Read on for the recipe.
Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2-3 handfuls of kale or any other greens you have on hand
- 1 cucumber
- A small banana
- A small to medium apple, diced
- A handful of blueberries
- A squirt of agave or a few chopped dates for sweetness
- Dr Sebi’s Bromide plus powder (optional)
- A dash of turmeric
- A dash of cinnamon
- A tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons of hemp protein powder
- A cup of filtered water, add more or less depending on your preference of thickness
**Throw all these ingredients into a blender and blend, well, until smooth.**
