Carrot “Fries”

Looking for an easy side dish to replace fries with your dinner? These carrot “fries” are easy and taste amazing!

Carrot “Fries”

Ingredients

  • carrots (preferably organic)
  • salt (we use pink Himalayan sea salt)
  • pepper
  • any additional seasonings you might want
  • olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Cut carrots up into sticks.
  • Toss with olive oil and seasoning.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.

Serve with any type of dipping sauce your family enjoys!
