Looking for an easy side dish to replace fries with your dinner? These carrot “fries” are easy and taste amazing!
Carrot “Fries”
Ingredients
- carrots (preferably organic)
- salt (we use pink Himalayan sea salt)
- pepper
- any additional seasonings you might want
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut carrots up into sticks.
- Toss with olive oil and seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
Serve with any type of dipping sauce your family enjoys!
