When I’m on the go and don’t have time to make breakfast I pull out my Nutribullet! This recipe makes for a smoothie that is both filling and delicious!
Coconut Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Cream
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Medium Banana
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Flax Seed Powder
- 1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder (of your choice)
- 1/2 Cup Cold Filtered Water
Directions
- Pour the Coconut Cream and Water in first and then add the powdered ingredients second and give it a quick stir with a spoon, this prevents the powder from sticking to the bottom of the cup and not mixing with the rest of your ingredients.
- All that’s left is to add your frozen blueberries and banana.
It’s really that simple! It’s quick and easy and it keeps me going most of my morning.
Depending on how thick you like your smoothie, you can add more or less water.
