Becoming a vegetarian last year sparked a newly found interest in nutrition and wellness. This change made me realize how difficult it can be to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I’m on a journey towards developing a stronger sense of what healthy living means to me and sharing my passion and knowledge with other people who want to change their own lives through nutrition.
