Gingerly Green Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 beautiful ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon himalayan sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 ” chunk of ginger minced
Directions
- Add all the nutrient rich ingredients to a blender and process till thick and creamy
- Add more water if needed for desired consistency
