As a child, waking up to a freshly baked wholesome breakfast and sent off to school with alfalfa sprouts in my sandwich, health has always been very important.

As a certified yoga teacher, dedicated to my practice, I would love to help you learn to listen to your soft, inner voice that provides all the wisdom you need.  Bringing balance and wholeness back to the body by caring for what you put in your body, and also in your mind, is all part of the healing journey.

I overcame addiction and am currently healing my belly from SIBO and leaky gut through a holistic approach and learning to trust and love my body as it shows up in the moment.

Life is definitely a journey that has a very winding path, but as you dedicate and focus on the power of healing foods and healing thoughts you will discover that which has always been in you…pure beauty and love.
