Packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and seeds. This smoothie is very filling and can be used as an after workout drink or meal replacement. I added protein powder but that’s optional.
Green Twist
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 2 Cups Kale
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 Cup quinoa flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp flax seed
- 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp turmeric
- 1 Tsp ginger
- 3 Pitted dates
- 1 Cup kefir
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Scoop protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a blender
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
