About ten years ago I was juggling around between diets, the weight came off and then couple months it came back on, twice as much. After reading so many nutrition books, I have educated myself that food is our medicine and we have to take it as a lifestyle. Diets are quick fixes. I have changed everything I did wrong back then and I am improving every day.
We are wonderfully created by our father Jesus Christ. We are responsible for taking care of our bodies, making sure we are nourishing it properly. Food is our medicine, it’s what we choose to eat. Food can either make us sick or keep us healthy, we have to make the right choice.
I want to share my knowledge and my journey with others so they know that healthy living is not a diet it is a lifestyle.
