Homemade Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups of quick large oats
 - 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
 - 1 handful of sunflower seeds
 - ½ cup, or more of any nuts crushed into small pieces (I usually use pecans)
 - ½ cup dry cranberry (or any other dry fruit you like)
 - ½ – ¾ cup maple syrup
 - ½ – ¾ cup peanut butter (or any other nut butter you like)

Directions
- Mix all well
 - Lay a piece of parchment paper on an oven tray
 - Then pour the granola mixture on the tray and spread it in a single layer
 - Bake in the oven at 350 F for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown
 - Stir it halfway through
 - Take the granola from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes
 - You can also have it with milk for breakfast in the morning, yogurt, or as a small treat with a cup of tea, guilt free
