Here is a pudding that is healthy enough to eat for breakfast. If you eat it with a smoothie, you will have no problem getting to lunch without snacking, enjoy!
Oatmeal Chia Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 chopped apple, organic
- 1/2 cup raisins, organic
Directions
- Place coconut milk, quick oats, chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon in a mason jar and soak overnight in the refrigerator
- In the morning stir well and place in a bowl
- You could also keep it in the mason jar, if you’re in a hurry
- Mix in apples and raisins and other fruit if you want
