Chia Seed pudding is one of my favourite ways to get a healthy dose of fat and fiber in one delicious snack! Chia seeds contain 5 grams of fibre for every 1 tablespoon! They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide iron, and calcium.
Orange Vanilla Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups chia seeds
 - 1 can of coconut cream
 - 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
 - 1-2 drops of therapeutic grade wild orange essential oil
 - 1 tsp of vanilla extract
 - Shaved dark chocolate for garnish (optional)
 
Directions
- Mix all together and refrigerate for a couple of hours
