Post Workout Shake

I don’t know about you but when I’m done my workout I am wiped, shaky and ready to drop.

One thing that I found has helped me tremendously is to have a shake right after a workout.

This helps you to not only regain energy faster but also helps your muscles to recover faster by providing them with the right amount of energy post working out.

The shake that I like to make has several great nutritional values and taste great too.

Post Workout Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk (you can use dairy if you so choose)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (making sure it is of high quality ) mine is a vegan one with greens mixed in it.
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt

Directions 

  • Blend all together and serve

Yum Yum !!!
